Shipping & Delivery Policy

By placing an order through AMO Nutrients, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy. This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the AMO Nutrients Terms & Conditions.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Certain products may require review, authorization, or approval by a licensed healthcare provider before fulfillment.
  • Prescription or compounded products may be prepared and dispensed by licensed U.S. pharmacies or fulfillment partners.
  • Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment approval, provider authorization, and inventory confirmation.
  • Orders are generally fulfilled Monday through Friday only.
  • Orders are not typically shipped on weekends or major U.S. holidays.
  • Processing times may vary due to product demand, inventory availability, pharmacy preparation timelines, carrier delays, weather conditions, or regulatory requirements.

Shipping Methods

  • AMO may use UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, or other shipping carriers.
  • Shipping speed and carrier selection may vary depending on product type, destination, temperature requirements, and operational needs.
  • Tracking information is generally sent by email or SMS once a shipment has been processed.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to activate after label creation.

Delivery Changes & Customer Responsibility

To help ensure successful delivery, customers should avoid independently modifying carrier delivery settings after shipment unless instructed by AMO support.

Examples include:

  • Changing the delivery address
  • Requesting rerouting or forwarding
  • Updating gate or access instructions
  • Holding packages at alternate pickup locations
  • Rescheduling delivery directly with the carrier

If a customer independently modifies shipping instructions and the shipment becomes delayed, lost, stolen, damaged, or undeliverable:

  • AMO may deny refund or replacement requests
  • Additional reshipment fees may apply

Customers needing shipping assistance should contact AMO support directly.

Temperature-Sensitive Products

Some products may require insulated packaging, cold packs, or specialized handling during transit.

  • Temporary warming, melted ice packs, or packaging temperature variations do not automatically indicate product damage.
  • Stability testing, manufacturer guidance, pharmacy verification, or fulfillment standards may determine whether a product remains usable.
  • Customers should follow all storage instructions immediately upon delivery.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Refrigerated products should typically be stored between 36°F–46°F (2°C–8°C)
  • Products should not be frozen unless specifically instructed

Do not use products that appear:

  • Cloudy
  • Leaking
  • Discolored
  • Opened
  • Broken
  • Contaminated
  • Containing visible particles

If concerns arise, contact AMO support immediately.

Shipping Delays

Carrier delays occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather
  • Holidays
  • Carrier volume
  • Operational disruptions
  • Incorrect addresses
  • Natural disasters
  • External events outside AMO's control

AMO is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Responsibility

Orders shipped to the address provided during checkout are considered delivered once confirmed by the carrier.

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package:

  • Contact AMO within 24 hours
  • Carrier documentation or claims may be required
  • Police reports may be requested for theft claims

AMO is generally not responsible for packages after confirmed delivery unless otherwise required by law.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Notify AMO within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photographs of:
  • Packaging
  • Shipping labels
  • Damaged contents
  • Exterior box condition
  • Retain all packaging materials until review is complete

AMO may:

  • Offer a replacement
  • Issue store credit
  • Approve a refund
  • Deny the claim if insufficient evidence exists

Shipping Regions

  • AMO currently ships within eligible regions of the United States only.
  • Certain products may be restricted in specific states or jurisdictions.
  • AMO reserves the right to refuse shipments where prohibited by law.

Returns

Due to health, safety, regulatory, and product integrity reasons, the following may not be eligible for return:

  • Prescription products
  • Compounded medications
  • Opened wellness products
  • Certain supplements or ingestible items

Return eligibility for non-prescription products will be determined according to AMO's Refund Policy.

Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages

If a shipment is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address information
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal of delivery
  • Customer unavailability

the customer may be responsible for:

  • Reshipment fees
  • Additional handling costs
  • Replacement costs where applicable

AMO reserves the right to determine replacement eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

Changes to This Policy

AMO reserves the right to modify this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time. Updated versions become effective upon posting with a revised "Last Updated" date.
