AMO is not a medical provider, pharmacy, doctor, or emergency medical service. AMO provides a technology and wellness platform that may help users connect with independent licensed healthcare providers and partner pharmacies. Medical decisions are made only by licensed providers.

Any provider-patient relationship is between you and the independent licensed healthcare provider. AMO does not practice medicine, diagnose, treat, prescribe, or control the provider’s medical judgment.

Some products may require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. You will not receive any prescription product unless a provider reviews your intake and determines that treatment is medically appropriate.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. This means the FDA does not review compounded medications for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are marketed. Compounded medications may only be provided when determined appropriate by a licensed provider and dispensed by a qualified pharmacy.

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use AMO services. Services may not be available in all states.

You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. If you provide false, incomplete, or misleading information, AMO or its partners may deny, suspend, or cancel services.

You understand that your intake answers may be reviewed by a licensed provider. You agree not to misrepresent your weight, height, medical history, medications, allergies, pregnancy status, or health conditions.

Submitting an intake form does not guarantee approval, prescription, shipment, or treatment. A provider may determine that treatment is not appropriate.

You are responsible for all charges shown at checkout. AMO does not accept insurance unless clearly stated. Services are cash-pay and may not be reimbursable by insurance or government programs.

Some services may renew automatically. You may cancel according to our posted cancellation policy. Cancellation does not always cancel charges already processed or services already provided.

Prescription products, if approved, may be shipped by partner pharmacies. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Information on AMO’s website is for general educational purposes only and is not medical advice. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any treatment.

AMO does not guarantee weight loss, performance, recovery, energy, or wellness results. Individual results vary. Any health-related claims must be supported and should not be interpreted as guaranteed outcomes.

By using AMO, you understand that telehealth has limitations and is not a substitute for in-person care when needed. A provider may recommend in-person care.

Your personal information may be collected and used according to our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, HIPAA-related notices. AMO may work with providers, pharmacies, and technology vendors to support your care experience.

By providing your phone number or email, you agree to receive service-related messages, including account updates, intake updates, prescription updates, shipping updates, and support messages. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out where legally allowed.

You may not use AMO for illegal activity, false medical information, resale of products, misuse of prescription products, scraping, hacking, copying content, or impersonating another person.

All AMO logos, branding, content, images, text, design, and website materials belong to AMO Nutrients or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

AMO may work with independent providers, pharmacies, labs, payment processors, shipping providers, and technology vendors. AMO is not responsible for independent medical judgment, pharmacy decisions, shipping delays, or third-party service failures.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AMO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or services.

You agree to defend and hold harmless AMO Nutrients, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from claims arising out of your misuse of the services, false information, violation of these Terms, or violation of law.

Any dispute should first be submitted to AMO in writing at contact@amonutrients.com. If not resolved informally, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration where allowed by law. You waive the right to participate in class actions to the fullest extent permitted by law.

AMO may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
